The menu items you see here are our standard offerings, but they’re just a starting point. Every project - and every punch list - is different. If you’ve got something that isn’t listed, just ask. We’ll take a look and let you know right away if it’s something we can handle.

Install vinyl cove base
Finish millwork touch ups
Paint touch-ups — walls, trim, and baseboards
Replace damaged or missing outlet/switch plate
Reattach or secure loose trim or shoe molding with finish nails/glue
Caulk baseboard gaps
Caulk backsplash seams
Caulk tub and shower perimeters
Caulk countertop edges at walls
Re-caulk around sinks or vanities where old caulk is damaged
Tighten loose cabinet hinges, handles, or pulls
Install or replace missing cabinet handles/pulls
Tighten loose door handles or knobs
Adjust misaligned strike plates so doors latch properly
Install door bumpers to protect walls
Important Notes & Exclusions
• Licensed Work Not Included: No electrical beyond switchplate replacement, no plumbing beyond tightening.
• No Structural Alterations: Cosmetic fixes only.
• Materials: GC to provide all materials: touch-up paint, caulk, plates, hardware, etc.
• Warranty: Work performed as a courtesy assist — no warranty expressed or implied.
• Scope Approval: All punch list tasks must be pre-approved by GC in writing before start.
